    Police logs — June 13, 2022

    New London

    Victoria Palombizio, 31, of 65 Shaw St. was charged Thursday with third-degree assault and violation of conditions of release.

    Angel Nieves-Hernandes, 42, of 15 Grand St. was charged Saturday with fifth-degree larceny and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Tiffany E. Yan, 39, of 8 Bristol St. was charged Sunday with breach of peace.

    Pedro L. Mojica, 54, of Arlington, Mass., was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Loteya Yard, 29, of 35 Truman St., #2, was charged Sunday with breach of peace.

    State Police - Montville

    Quinten C. Vanduinen, 22, of 12 Bradley St., Stonington, was charged Saturday in Stonington with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency call.

    Andy Fakhoury, 34, of West Warwick, R.I., was charged Saturday in Ledyard with violation of probation.

    Christopher M. Miller, 50, of 50 Sunrise Ave., Pawcatuck, was charged June 7 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right, failure to obey a stop sign, driving without minimum insurance and traveling unreasonable speed.   

    Alexander Luker, 29, of Foster, R.I., was charged June 3 with interfering with a police officer and second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Salaen E. Berninger, 39, of 58 Fair Acres Circle, Mystic, was charged June 6 with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree strangulation.

    Waterford

    James Castelli, 41, 171 Rope Ferry Road, was charged Sunday with interfering with a police officer and disorderly conduct.
