Tonya R. Viens, 40, of 137 South Road, No. 7, was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Joseph R. Berberich, 64, of 325 Huntington St., New London, was charged Tuesday with second-degree harassment and violation of a standing criminal protective order.

Raul S. Hernandez-Saavedra, 33, of 2 Tacoma Court was charged July 2 with violation of a protective order.

Brian M. Smith, 51, of 44 Midway Oval was charged July 1 with misuse of plates, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in proper lane.

Matthew M. Santos, 46, of 600 Meridian St., No. 1302, was charged June 30 with two counts of risk of injury to a child.

John Andrillion-DeJesus, 22, of 107 Michael Road, Apt. C, New London, was charged June 30 with risk of injury to a child, second-degree sexual assault, disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, improper turn/stop signaling and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest.
