Welcome Home asked her about how her client — now, the seller — discovered the property.

"The seller needed a home with the space for family and friends to come," she explained in an email. "It was close to work and so close to town and shopping that it was very appealing."

The property is close to local green spaces, a dog park and a public golf course. There's a veterinary hospital close by and all of the day-to-day conveniences in town — restaurants, pharmacies and grocery stores.

The interiors are bright, with lots of natural light and lightly finished hardwood flooring to maintain that aesthetic throughout the main level. It is a decidedly open floor plan, with living space, dining room and the kitchen effortlessly flowing from one to the next.

The highways are so close, as well, so it's almost an in-town location, but it allowed privacy and a great place to call home."
