Last Friday, Realtor Celeste Santilli offered advice to anyone considering selling their home this year, starting with curb appeal. This week, she offers tips on the interiors:

“You want to inspire an emotional connection between the prospective buyer and the home. Create neutral, welcoming living areas. Remove clutter, and if you can afford to, repair cracks and picture holes, seal floors, and paint the interiors. Highlight the kitchen and baths; buyers tend to focus on them. Clean appliances, and fix any leaky faucets. You don’t necessarily need to remodel.”
