Locals to play in Senior Bowl boys’ soccer games

The 30th annual Connecticut Senior Bowl boys’ soccer games will be held Friday at Trinity Health Stadium in Hartford.

East Lyme’s Connor Piper and Reid Dowling, NFA’s William Ambruso and Rood Apolon and Stonington’s Josh Lord and Conrad Tobiassen will play for Team 1 against Team 2 at 9 a.m. East Lyme coach Paul Christensen is one of the coaches for Team 1.

Team 3 and Team 4 play at 11 a.m. Brendan Duhamel will play for Team 4 while Team 4 includes Ben Fieldsend of Ledyard, Zach Lamitie of Norwich Tech and Bacon Academy’s Evan St. Louis, Keegan Appleby, Nico Matteucci and Ian Sargent.
