Welcome back Neilsen Co.'s initial ratings for the return of the "Tonight Show with Jay Leno" Monday were 5.4 and a 14 percent share of the audience. That compares with a 3.4 rating and 8 share for "Nightline," and a 3.0 rating and 8 share for the "Late Show with David Letterman."
