The defending national champion UConn men's basketball team will open the Puerto Rico Tip-Off Classic in San Juan against College of Charleston on Nov. 20.
The full field also features Texas A&M, Dayton, New Mexico, Boston College, George Mason and West Virginia.
UConn would play either Texas A&M or Dayton in the second game on Nov. 21.
The Huskies won the only two previous meetings against College of Charleston, 68-52 in Storrs in 1990 and 77-60 in Charleston in 1995 when UConn played a homecoming game for Ray Allen.
College of Charleston fired men's basketball coach Doug Wojcik on Tuesday.
