UConn's second-ranked women's basketball team looks to complete a perfect 3-0 week in the American Athletic Conference when the Huskies visit Philadelphia on Saturday to play Temple at the Liacouras Center (noon, SNY).

The game, originally scheduled for Sunday, was moved up a day due to a pending winter storm which is forecasted to hit the Northeast on Saturday night.

The Huskies (15-1, 4-0) have already beaten conference opponents South Florida (Sunday) and Tulane (Wednesday) this week and have won four straight since losing its first game of the season at Baylor on Jan. 3. Baylor and UConn are tied for second in the latest Associated Press Top 25 poll behind No. 1 Notre Dame.

Temple (4-12, 0-4) has struggled this season and is coming off a 72-52 loss to Cincinnati on Wednesday (UConn beat the Bearcats 82-38 a week earlier). The Owls, coached by former UConn assistant Tony Cardoza, are led by Mia Davis, who averages 18.3 points and 8.4 rebounds per game.

The Huskies, meanwhile, continue to dominate AAC opponents. They have never lost a game in five-plus conference seasons, winning 90 straight regular-season games and 105 counting the postseason.

UConn received a big lift from sophomore Megan Walker during Wednesday's 75-33 rout of Tulane in New Orleans. Walker outscored the Green Wave by herself, scoring a career-high 34 points to raise her season average to 12.6 points per game.

Seniors Katie Lou Samuelson and Napheesa Collier continue to lead the Huskies, Samuelson averaging 19.4 points and 7.8 rebounds per game and Collier averaging 17.4 points and 10.1 rebounds. Guards Crystal Dangerfield and freshman Christyn Williams are both averaging 12.1 points per game for UConn, which returns home on Wednesday to face SMU at 7 p.m. at Gampel Pavilion.
