Respler Homes has proposed a 931-unit mixed-use development for the Mystic Education Center, site of the former Mystic Oral School. To better understand the concerns of neighbors, as well as the developers' proposal, we took a tour of the vacant buildings, and then walked through the neighborhood with opponents of the project.
