Stonington defeated Windham 40-31 to win the Eastern Connecticut Conference D-II title. Rory Risley had 16 points, 10 rebounds and 2 blocks to earn MVP honors for the Bears (12-11). Emily Obrey had 14 points and 8 rebounds for Stonington while MacKenzie Pettegrow added 8 rebounds, 4 assists and 2 steals. Both earned all-tournament honors.
