Frank Colmenares shares his trauma, brings therapy to the stage

In an effort to de-stigmatize therapy and speaking about mental health, rapper Frank Colmenares has conceived a live experience that combines musical performance with an on-stage therapy session. He will perform songs that discuss his personal traumas, and then discuss them on stage with a licensed therapist.
