Uncasville ― Liz Tong, of Massachusetts, was one of thousands of visitors to attend this weekend’s New England Tattoo Expo at Mohegan Sun. She had reached out to an artist she admired, Fredd China of Rhode Island, about doing a piece on her leg and he suggested doing it during the fourth annual event at the casino.The three three-day expo featured over 450 local and national artists as well as other vendors and events.
