Tim McGraw comes to Mohegan Sun

You could do worse than base your behavior on two of Tim McGraw's biggest hits: "Live Like You Were Dying" and "(Always Be) Humble and Kind."

McGraw has had an interesting mix of songs throughout his career, doing some sly stompers like "Real Good Man" and changing it up with billowy ballads like "Meanwhile Back at Mama's."

And those varied tunes make for a wonderful concert set-list, as they will during his Saturday show at Mohegan Sun Arena.

Not that McGraw limits himself to music. He's gone multidisciplinary, too, by diving into acting. He starred in "The Blind Side," "Friday Night Lights" and "Country Strong." He's acting in another movie, "The Shack," starring Sam Worthington and Octavia Spencer, that's scheduled for an early 2017 release.

Tim McGraw, 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Mohegan Sun Arena; $59-$149; mohegansun.com.
