    These Kids Can Cook

Guest chef Joanne Faraci (right) guides Jessica Kluck (left) as she learns to make fresh pasta. Session Two of Clinton's Youth Cooking Classes began last week, with eager youngsters ready to test out their culinary skills. Organized by the town's Youth & Family Service Bureau, the classes meet once a week at the First Congregational Church. Each class features a guest chef to assist the children with delicious, home-cooked meals. Last week, Program Coordinator Andrea Kaye brought in Faraci, who taught the children how to make a popular homemade pasta dish from scratch.
