TV tip: "The Jeselnik Offensive"
Comedy Central
If there are boundaries beyond which no one - not even comedians - should cross, standup wizard Anthony Jeselnik routinely pole vaults over them, chortling gleefully all the while. Hey: there are plenty of us for whom black humor is not only funny, it provides therapy in a creepy world. On this half-hour program, Jeselnik provides the usual monologue - a dark but consistently hilarious undertaking in which nothing is sacred - and then sits down with that episode's two-person guest panel of revolving and like-minded comics. The three of them then proceed to ad lib astoundingly tasteless spins on contemporary events and topics - and, yes, everything is fair game and, yes, again, it's by-God hilarious.
