    Groton Town

    Nicholas J. Turk, 32, of 23 Firethorn Ave. was charged Friday with third-degree assault and risk of injury to a child.

    Brandon M. Billian, 32, of 75 Nantucket Drive, Mystic, was charged Thursday with sixth-degree larceny and driving with a suspended license.

    Shane T. Short, 51, of 199 Toll Gate Road was charged Wednesday with second-degree assault, first-degree reckless endangerment, disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and first-degree unlawful restraint.

    Ashely A. Bello, 22, of Kingsland, Ga., was charged Wednesday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

    Barbara Smith, 57, of 52 School House Road, Preston, was charged Tuesday with third-degree larceny.

    Kerry McQuay, 49, of 13 Fitch Ave. was charged Tuesday with second-degree criminal trespass and breach of peace.

    Benjamin Sostre, 25, of 33E Laurel Point Drive, Oakdale, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct and interfering with an officer.

    Peter Ladd, 24, of 15 Court Ave., Oakdale, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct and interfering with an officer.

    Thomas Paterson, 25, of 20 Magonk Point Road, Waterford, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct and interfering with an officer.

    Jennifer Hack, 29, of 34 Jay St., No. 4, was charged Saturday with risk of injury to a minor.

    Jose Rodriguez, 44, of 835 Bank St., No. 1, was charged Friday with possession of narcotics.

    Angel Lavabee, 23, of 163 Pequot Ave. was charged Friday with possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Willie J. Barnes, 50, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Friday with third-degree criminal trespass and possession of burglary tools.

    Brenda M. Silva, 51, of 33 Regina St. was charged Saturday with three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Jackie Brown, 22, of 187 Broad St. was charged Friday with conspiracy to sell narcotics and sale of narcotics.

    Mario Morales, 40, of 47 Ledyard Ave., Groton, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license.

    Waterford

    Jason Pangilinan, 33, of 167 Wright Road, New London, was charged Friday with violation of probation, possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics within 1,500 feet of a school, possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana, interfering with an officer, misuse of plates, and operating a motor vehicle in violation of license classification.

    Deborah McIntyre, 58, of 335 Boston Post Road was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving unreasonably fast and failure to drive in the proper lane.
