Ashley Bickel, 20, of 230 Thames St., No. 2R, was charged Wednesday with criminal violation of a protective order.

Groton Town

Michelle L. Cerrato, 38, of Branford was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane in a multiple-lane highway.

Regan M. Torres, 20, of 8 Beechwood Road, Oakdale, was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Myrna E. Pratts, 25, of 13 Bishop Lane was charged Monday with second-degree threatening, third-degree criminal mischief, breach of peace, driving with a suspended license or registration and failure to respond to a payable violation.

Kenneth L. Santos, 48, of 5 Foote St., Pawcatuck, was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Stephanie F. Davis, 31, of 96 Boulder Drive, New London, was charged Monday with violation of a protective order and breach of peace.

Keri Carter-Thomas, 34, of 23 Ephraims Path, Mashantucket, was charged Monday with second-degree threatening and breach of peace.

Jeffrey Evans, 38, of 281 Gardner Ave., No. H3, was charged Wednesday with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Timothy Rainville, 43, of Brooklyn was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and failure to obey a stop sign.

Barry A. Rice, 56, of 36C Nathan Hale St. was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct and second-degree criminal mischief.

Dishon Morgan, 33, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace.

Raymond Sloman, 41, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace.

Norwich

Robert Fowler, 47, of 603 Boswell Ave. was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license, failure to carry proper insurance and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

Stonington

Alexander B. Nazzaro, 22, of 13 Timber Ridge Drive, Pawcatuck, was charged Tuesday with sixth-degree larceny and interfering with an officer.

Oscar A. Nordness, 20, 141 Elm St. was charged Tuesday with sixth-degree larceny and interfering with an officer.

Brian J. Fraticelli, 23, of Bradford, R.I., was charged Monday with first-degree larceny: theft from a building.

Waterford

Valerie Hoffman, 33, of 14 Butler Court was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Larry Johnson, 41, of 122 Montauk Ave., New London, was charged Tuesday with being a fugitive from justice.
