Jason M. Preston, 41, of 600 Boswell Ave., Norwich, was charged Friday with reckless driving, driving with a suspended license, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of narcotics and use of drug paraphernalia.

Cory Bonin, 37, of Worcester, Mass., was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Jose Mendez, 27, of 41 Nob Hill Road, Apt. C, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening.

George Levy, 35, of 186 Ocean Ave. was charged Friday with possession of narcotics.

Martin L. Patrick, 28, of 27 Shaw St., Apt. 2, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right, evading responsibility and failure to carry proper insurance.

Tabitha Reyes, 24, of 17 Cliff St., Apt. 2, was charged Friday with second-degree assault and violation of a protective order.

Kyle Gardiner, 25, of no certain address was charged Friday with breach of peace, criminal possession of a pistol and carrying a pistol without a permit.

Kenneth Flanders II, 30, of 487 Williams St. was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Torin Hammond, 19, of 16 Shipping St. was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Adam Tardif, 31, of 298 Prospect St. was charged Thursday with two counts of driving with a suspended license and failure to carry insurance.

William Wydra, 32, of 37 Stonybrook Road, Gales Ferry, was charged Thursday with first-degree criminal trespassing.

Jamie L. Ganley, 21, of 15 Carriage Trail, Ledyard, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Steven W. Odell, 21, of 24 Chestnut St., Westerly, was charged Friday with violation of a restraining order and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Marcella F. McWeeny, 26, of 305 Michelle Lane, No. 307, Groton, was charged Friday with failure to display markers and driving with a suspended license. (This corrects an earlier version)

Thomas Stern, 56, of 6 River Road, Preston, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Katie Kennedy, 29, of 13 Hobron St., New London, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license or registration and failure to display a front registration plate.
