Jaraad D. Simmons, 23, of 45 Barber St., # 106, Hartford, was charged Wednesday with two counts of second-degree forgery and two counts of criminal attempt at fourth-degree larceny.

Brittany Cook, 27, of 10 Woodland Drive, Waterford, was charged Friday with possession of crack cocaine, three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of possession of a hallucinogen.
