    Pawcatuck Little League signups — Online registration for 2016 season available now at http://www.eteamz.com/pawcatucklittleleague. In-person signups is Sunday, Jan. 31, noon-3 p.m., Pawcatuck Middle School cafeteria. A second signup will be on Feb. 21 at the same time and place. For boys ages 4-12 and girls ages 4-14 as of Jan. 1, 2016. Registrations for Babe Ruth baseball (boys ages 13-15 as of May 1, 2016) will also be taken on Feb. 21. Cost: $70 (t-ball), $150 Babe Ruth, $85 all other divisions, $200 family maximum (excluding Babe Ruth). First-time registrants must bring a copy of the player’s birth certificate. Downloadable registration forms can be found on website under “Forms & Handouts.” The player registration, medical release and concession acknowledgment forms are required.

    Montville Babe Ruth Baseball registration — Wednesday, Feb. 10 from 6-8 p.m., Fair Oaks School, Room 112. Also, Wednesday, Feb. 17, same time and place, except Room 103 this time. Summer session is $100, spring is $50 and $140 for both. Please bring birth certificate.

    BASKETBALL

    SWIMMING

    East Lyme Aquatics & Fitness Center Introduction to Springboard Diving Lessons — The basic components of diving, including the approach, hurdle and takeoff are taught, as well as jumps and front and back dives. All ages welcome. Classes run from 10-11 a.m. Saturdays for six weeks. Remaining sessions are March 5–April 9 and April 30–June 4. Fee: $90 for members, $102 for non-members.     Montville High School Athletic Hall of Fame — Hall of Fame is accepting nominations for its second class of student-athletes, coaches and contributers. The Hall of Fame recognizes and honors those Montville athletes, coaches, administrators and supporters who excelled in their respective sports or coaching/support roles and who helped to bring honor, recognition, distinction and excellence to Montville by their conduct on and off the field of competition.
