Congdon ignored him

In response to Alan and Susan MacGeachie's letter, “Preston's lousy leaders should mimic Mullane," (July 28), I am in total agreement. I will go a step further and point out that over a month ago I sent a letter to First Selectman Robert Congdon regarding a proposal to give seniors a property tax break. I received no response. Considering the last time I sent a letter to Congdon via email, he claimed he never received it because it may have gone into a "spam" folder, this time I sent my letter email and a copy by regular mail.

Do you think this guy has been in office way too long and has a Caesar complex?
