Preston registrars to hold lottery for election ballot order

Preston — The Registrars of Voters will hold a public lottery at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 2 at the Preston Town Hall to determine the order of candidate names listed on the Nov. 3 municipal election ballot.
