Bright Music Festival celebrates its second year
Sunday afternoon, McCook Point Park in Niantic will be buzzing with music and entertainment as the second annual Bright Music Festival returns.
The festival runs from 1 to 5 p.m. The performers will include DRK: DJ Palmtrixx, The Last Minute Men, Llama Tsunami and The Friendly Ghost.
Booths will feature Blissworks Yoga, Mystic Yoga Shala, Earth & Sky Therapeutic Massage, and Zen and Now.
The festival was created "to promote mental wellness and suicide prevention and to provide mental health education and information about supportive resources to the Southeastern Connecticut community."
A $5 donation is recommended, with the proceeds benefitting the Brian T. Dagle Memorial Foundation and the Jordan Porco Foundation.
