Mystic — Women and their children participate in a FIT4MOM Southeastern CT class called Stroller Strides while gathered together at Olde Mistick Village on Wednesday, July 27, 2016.

Activities also are woven into the total body workout class to entertain and engage the babies.

The group rotates their classes between different locations in southeastern Connecticut.
