Lighthouse tour set for Sept. 7

The Chamber of Commerce of Eastern Connecticut is now accepting reservations for its annual Sea Jet Cruise, Dessert Showcase and Lighthouse Tour on Sept. 7.
The trip, from 5 to 8 p.m., departs from the Cross Sound Ferry Services dock in New London.
The cruise features sunset views aboard the MV Sea Jet 1, as well as desserts from competing local caterers and restaurants.
Tickets are $30 per person, and the event includes a boat ride, lighthouse tour, desserts and wine, beer and soda.
Pre-registration is required; walk-ins will not be admitted.
