East Lyme school district announces eligibility requirements for free, reduced-price meals
East Lyme — The school district has announced its policy for determining eligibility of children who may receive free or reduced-price meals under the National School Lunch and School Breakfast programs or free milk served under the Special Milk Program for the 2016-17 school year.
Application forms are available at the district's website, http://bit.ly/2b1XVA8.
Children from families whose income is at or below the levels of the income guidelines shown on the chart on the application form are eligible for free or reduced-price meals or free milk.
To apply for the programs, households should fill out the application and return it to the school.
