    Rachel E. Presto, 25, of 170 Litton Ave., was charged Saturday with two counts of risk of injury to a child.

    Fernando V. Carrasquillo, 28, of 253 Norwich Ave., Apt. 2, Taftville, was charged Saturday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license, second-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

    Daniel Viera, 35, of 253 Norwich Ave., Taftville, was charged Saturday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license, driving without registration, driving without insurance and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Ashlie Rodriguez-Torrens, 19, of 99 Cedar St., Apt. D54, was charged Saturday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

    Christopher Green, 18, of 27 Second St., was charged Sunday with first-degree criminal trespassing, carrying a dangerous weapon and second-degree breach of peace.

    Sean McFadden, 36, of 12 Beechwood Blvd., was charged Sunday with driving without insurance and failure to wear a seat belt.

    Thomas Adams, 31, of 223 Overlook Road, Glastonbury, was charged Sunday with driving without insurance and failure to wear a seat belt.

    Sandra Torres, 22, of 220 Branford Ave., Groton, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license and failure to drive right.

    Nina C. Baccala, 38, of North Providence, R.I., was charged Saturday with prostitution.

    Dennis Higgins, 48, of 22 Alger St., Apt. 2, was charged Saturday with possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Derron Tomlinson, 26, of 108 Hawthorne Drive, Apt. 5D, was charged Saturday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. Editor's Note: According to New London court officials, the charges against Tomlinson were dismissed.

    Liza Gibbs, 43, of 40 Montauk Ave., was charged Saturday with possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    James Cote, 50, of 1 Hillcrest Drive, Waterford, was charged Saturday with first-degree criminal mischief and fourth-degree larceny.
