UPDATED: Tractor-trailer rollover on I-395 ramp in Norwich cleared

Norwich — The Exit 18 on-ramp of Interstate 395 was closed for a short time Friday morning after a tractor-trailer hit two light poles and rolled over, state police said.

The truck spilled its load of ash and closed access to the highway entrance around 8:50 a.m., police said, and the accident was cleared before 10 a.m.

There were no injuries, according to police.
