Uncasville — State police on Friday issued a Silver Alert for a 41-year-old man they said has been missing since earlier in the day.

Barry Spence is described as a white man with black hair and brown eyes who is 6 feet tall and weighs 185 pounds. He may be in the Colchester area, police said.

Information about what he was wearing when he was last seen was not available.
