Thomas C. Rogers, 38, of 13 Canterbury Road was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct, second-degree reckless endangerment and driving with a suspended license.

Stephen Mitchell, 29, of 10 Spruce St., 2nd floor, Westerly, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple-lane highway and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.
