Michael Grady, 37, of 52 High St., No. 4, Westerly, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Charles Gallman, 36, of 173 Route 12, Apt. 106, Groton, was charged Wednesday in Norwich with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple-lane highway.
