    Norwich police seek man wanted for attempted murder, home invasion

    Norwich — Police are on the hunt for a city man they believe invaded a home and stabbed another man, leaving the latter with life-threatening injuries.

    Brandon Uzialko, 25, is wanted for criminal attempt to commit murder, home invasion, first-degree assault and risk of injury to a minor. Police have obtained a warrant for his arrest.

    According to police, the stabbing took place in a home on Quarto Road at 10:21 p.m. Saturday. Police on scene learned Uzialko allegedly stabbed the man multiple times before fleeing on foot.

    Police said the man has been treated for his injuries but remains in intensive care. Uzialko, police said, was armed with knives and possibly a handgun when he fled the home. He should be considered armed and dangerous.

    Uzialko is 5 feet 10 inches tall, with brown hair, brown eyes and a beard. He was last seen wearing a light-colored sweatshirt with long sleeves and dark pants.
