John Oramas, 54, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Monday with breach of peace.

Norwich

Joseph Young, 41, of Hartford was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct, fourth-degree larceny and second-degree unlawful restraint.

Stonington

Matthew P. Carlson, 24, of 30 Myrock Ave., Waterford, was charged Thursday with breach of peace.

Sam C . Corcoran, 70, of Portsmouth, R.I., was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to signal a turn and failure to drive right.

Waterford

Ronald Saunders, 36, of 16 Hamast Ave. was charged Tuesday with second-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and interfering with an officer.
