    Laree Johnson, 41, of 109 Hynes Ave., Apt. 1, was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace and interfering with a police officer.

    Groton Town

    Vincente S. Osorio, 24, of 12 Coit St., New London, was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Jason A. Pendexter, 39, of 69 Canterbury Road was charged Saturday with third-degree criminal mischief and sixth-degree larceny.

    Angelo A. Watson, 28, of West Haven, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements and failure to maintain a safe distance while driving.

    New London

    Jose M. Serrano, 27, of Vernon, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with no tail lights and driving with an expired license.

    Stonington

    Tywan B. Richard, 27, of 22 Deer Ridge Road, Old Mystic, was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Charles G. Barrett III, 27, of 75 Fair Acres Circle, Old Mystic, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Abigail E. Piktelis, 21, of 28 Meadowbrook Lane, Mystic, was charged Friday with posssession of a controlled substance and two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Danielle S. Beltran, 29, of 12 Ann Wampy Dr., Mashantucket, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license.

    Mairi Fuini, 34, of 195 Shore Road, was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Rashad Pauley, 24, of 450 Chapel Hill Road, Oakdale, was charged Saturday with violation of probation.

    Neftali Rodriguez, 23, of 253 Third Ave., New London, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license, disobeying the signal of an officer and failure to drive in the proper lane,.
