    Samantha Whitcher, 41, of 21 Sharaf St. was charged Friday with breach of peace.

    Justin Duzant, 21, of 21 Sharaf St. was charged Friday with breach of peace.

    Luis Liriano, 35, of 31 Boulder Ave. was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

    Brian Hendry, 49, of 707 Colman St., No. 141, was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault, first-degree unlawful restraint and second-degree strangulation.

    Jamar Smith, 40, of 1591 Norwich-New London Turnpike, No. 10, Uncasville, was charged Tuesday with risk of injury to a minor.

    Jennifer Almodovar, 33, of 93 State Pier Road, F5, was charged Monday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

    Yamil Orona-Baez, 27, of 181 Shaw St. was charged May 16 with second-degree harassment.

    Norris Tillery, 49, of 325 Huntington St. was charged May 14 with interfering with police.

    Xavier Aaron, 23, of 34 Cape Ann Court was charged May 14 with possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana with intent to sell.

    Danielle Betancourt, 32, of 355 Boston Post Road, Waterford, was charged May 14 with third-degree assault, second-degree robbery (conspiracy to commit) and interfering with a 911 call (conspiracy to commit).

    Shawn Ferris, 26, of Rochdale, Mass., was charged May 13 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to wear a seat belt, possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal impersonation.

    Robert Maldon, 30, of 85 Grove Ave., Groton, was charged May 13 with breach of peace and second-degree threatening.

    David Goddard, 50, of Griswold was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

    John Einhellig, 61, of Old Laurel Hill Road, Norwich, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading responsibility, failure to use seat belt and failure to drive in the proper lane.
