    New London

    Thomas Champion, 43, of 14 Colman St., Apt. 14, was charged Wednesday with possession of narcotics.

    Heather Cyr, 35, of 33 Tilley St., Apt. 6, was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Jordan Startz, 21, of 28 Crocker St. was charged Tuesday with third-degree criminal mischief and third-degree trespass.

    Christian Serrano, 27, of no certain address was charged Tuesday with violation of probation.

    Norwich

    Isaiah Degracia, 23, of 183 Broad St. was charged Sunday with having no tail light and driving with a suspended license.

    Anthony Villanaeva, 44, of 32 Spaulding St. was charged Tuesday with having no rear license plate light and driving with a suspended license.

    Andrea Graf, 41, of 33 Fort St., Apt. 3, Groton, was charged Wednesday with third-degree larceny.

    Luther Charles, 53, of 9 Fountain St., Apt. A, was charged Wednesday with second-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

    State police — Montville

    Mark Berry, 46, of 9 Mechanic St., Apt. B, Jewett City, was charged Monday in Griswold with two counts of risk of injury to a child, second-degree breach of peace, second-degree threatening and second-degree reckless endangerment.

    Chad Civardi, 29, of 49 Sergeants Way, Lisbon, was charged Tuesday in Norwich with reckless driving, driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, passing on the right, failure to drive in the proper lane of a multiple lane highway and failure to drive at a reasonable distance.

    Marc Dickau, 36, of 4 Sleepy Hollow Pentway, Gales Ferry, was charged Wednesday in Montville with possession of drug paraphernalia and illegal possession of narcotics.

    Stephen Tucker, 35, of 128 West Main St., No. 5, Sprague, was charged Monday in Preston with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Rod C. Morison, 61, of 29 Mechanic St., Pawcatuck, was charged Wednesday with breach of peace.

    Phyllis T. Mullin, 47, of 29 Mechanic St., Pawcatuck, was charged Wednesday with breach of peace.

    Cheryl Lepikko, 45, of 98 West Broad St., Pawcatuck, was charged Tuesday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Ronald C. Wrighte, 59, of 98 West Broad St., Apt. 29, Pawcatuck, was charged Tuesday with failing to register as a sex offender.
