    Groton Town

    Scott A. Panganiban, 43, of 180 F St., was charged Wednesday with second-degree breach of peace, second-degree strangulation/suffocation, and first-degree unlawful restraint.

    Jessica C. Santos, 36, of 14 Utica Court, was charged Monday with first-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny.

    Gregory R. Flinter, 24, 43 South Road, 11B, was charged Sunday with risk of injury to a child, interfering with officer/resisting, assault on a public safety/EMT/transit/healthcare worker, and disorderly conduct.

    Kathryn Fry, 39, of Plymouth, Mass., was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace and conspiracy to commit third-degree assault.

    Greg M. Santora, 36, of 71 Merlino Drive, was charged Sunday with risk of injury to child, disorderly conduct, and third-degree assault.

    Michael D. Landuyt, 25, of Eliot, Me., was charged Aug. 4 with interfering with an officer/resisting and second-degree breach of peace.

    Tiffiney M. Dart, 43, of Ocala, Fl., was charged Aug. 4 with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Marvin N. Martinez Perez, 43, of 18 Knoxville Court, was charged Aug. 2 with operating motor vehicle under suspension and failure to drive in proper lane.

    Norwich

    Robed Poto, 27, of 35 Donahue Drive, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and operating a motor vehicle without a license.

    Kelly Roehrl, 36, of 56 Donahue Drive, was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct and violation of a protective order.

    Jack Matthew Candler, 21, of 70 Union St., Apt. 2, was charged Tuesday with breach of peace.

    Bryan Daniels, 36, of 22 Hickory St., Apt. 1, was charged Tuesday with sixth-degree larceny, unauthorized possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Clifton Barrows, 45, of 100 Woohdland Road, Apt. A, Uncasville, was charged Monday with unauthorized possession of narcotics.

    Allen Mason, 48, of 18 Brewer St., New London, was charged Sunday with second-degree failure to appear, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

    N’Namdi Smart-Hutchinson, 20, of 99 Cedar St., Unit B23, was charged Aug. 3 with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

    Anita A. Longo, 37, 32 Prospect St., was charged Aug. 2 with operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license, disobeying the signal of an officer, operation of a vehicle while using a handheld cell phone, improper registration and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Jimmy Facha, 32, of West Warwick, R.I., was charged Sunday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Ava Menard, 25, of 312 Liberty St., was charged Aug. 4 with criminal impersonation, third-degree larceny and driving with a suspended license.

    Daniel Genesi, 31, of Port Jefferson Station, N.Y., was charged Aug. 4 with evading responsibility and failure to drive right.

    Jose Hernandez, 46, of Danbury, was charged Aug. 4 with second-degree breach of peace.

    Travis Marlin Gee, 36, of 600 Meridian St. Extension, Groton, was charged Wednesday in Griswold with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension.

    Gary James Wright, 55, of 115 Rt. 32, Franklin, was charged Wednesday in Griswold with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

    Stanley Francis Najduch, 43, of 38 Edwardsen St., Killingly, was charged Tuesday in Montville with first-degree failure to appear.

    Nicole N. Scelza, 34, of 157 D St., Groton, was charged Monday in New London with first-degree failure to appear.

    Adam Danieol Crowley, 24, of 525 Providence-New London Turnpike, North Stonington, was charged Monday in Voluntown with interfering with an officer/resisting arrest.
