East Lyme registrars to hold ballot lottery

East Lyme — The registrars of voters will hold a public lottery at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 12, in the registrars’ office at the East Lyme Community Center, 35 Society Road.
The lottery will determine the horizontal placement of candidates for multiple open offices on the Nov. 7 municipal election ballot.
