    Norwich police issue bulletin for missing 12-year-old boy

    Norwich― Police have issued a Silver Alert for a 12-year-old boy missing since Wednesday.

    Blake Sanborn is described as white with brown hair, blue eyes, 5 feet tall and 100 pounds. Anyone with information about his location is asked to call police at 860-886-5561.
