Credit due for great vaccine effort
I have always tried to be a fair-minded person. However, I do dislike those who constantly complain and criticize when receiving poor service yet fail to praise those who serve them well.
I have just returned from the Yale-New Haven Health clinic at Mitchell College in New London where I received my second COVID-19 vaccine shot. On both occasions I received the same great quality of service. Everyone working there was not only professional and more than competent, but also genuinely sincere and friendly. Overall, I have the impression that Connecticut has done an excellent job managing and administering the COVID-19 vaccines. My wife had the same positive feelings about her experiences when receiving her vaccine shots at Hartford HealthCare in Norwich.
I hope everyone has the same positive experience as I did. Most of all I hope everyone has the common sense to get vaccinated.
