Paranoia justified

Carter Eskew's op-ed, "Paul exploits the power of paranoia," (March 24), reads: "Rand Paul ...decried the National Security Agency's surveillance of Americans and compared its tactics to the FBI's spying on civil rights leaders, and thus embodied two characteristics common to the paranoid style..."
Paranoia absolutely is justified. People, including at The Day, need to see this video of Jacob Appelbaum:
