Taylor Dayne sings and signs at Mohegan Sun
Taylor Dayne fans gets a double dose of the singer Friday at Mohegan Sun. First, she’ll give a free concert at 8 p.m. at the Wolf Den, possibly singing any or all of her hits like “Tell It to My Heart,” “I’ll Always Love You” and “Don’t Rush Me.”
Then, at 9:30 p.m. at The Shops at Mohegan Sun, Dayne will sign copies of her just-published memoir, “Tell It to My Heart: How I Lost My (Expletive), Conquered My Fear, and Found My Voice.” It details her life in pop music, of course, but it also touches on aspects of her personal life, including how she became, by choice, a single mother, through surrogacy, of twins.
Dayne will only be signing copies of her book, which will available for purchase that night from Bank Square Books. You need to have a book (and only one book signed per person) to stand in the signing line, and it’s all first-come, first served. No personal photos are being allowed, but a house photographer will be there to snap photos.
