Beyoncé's 'Halo' video home ready to rent for $100,000 per month

Perhaps super diva Beyoncé Knowles wasn't all that "Crazy in Love" with the her SoHo townhouse where she filmed the music video for her hit single "Halo."

The Grammy-winning singer and mommy-to-be has been spotted house-hunting around Miami Beach, leaving the posh pad in New York -- which features 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms -- up for grabs. The townhouse is currently on the Little Italy rental market for a star-studded asking price of $100,000/month.

Touted as New York's "most incredible, unique rental property," Beyonce's 5-story, loft-style home is built as a legal live/work environment with a full-floor office topped by a three-floor residential apartment. The home includes diva-worthy features such as a master suite with a sitting room, and "sun-filled" bathroom, indoor pool, 925-square-foot terrace, 19-foot ceilings overlooking the city, motorized movie screen, industrial chef's kitchen, an office/library with a conference table.

Just in case $100,000/month is too steep of a financial commitment, the listing says the space is available at a daily or weekly rate of $20,000 or $50,000. It can also be rented as a space for events, photo shoots, or ... video shoots. Who knows, maybe this New York rental has more music videos in its future.

The listing is held by Steven Halpern of CitiHabitats.
