Norwich man dies in Canterbury car crash

A 25-year-old Norwich man was pronounced dead at the scene of a car crash in Canterbury Saturday, according to state police.

Joshua Chameroy of 32 Blueberry Hill Road was driving south on South Canterbury Road in a 2001 Ford Mustang when he failed to negotiate a curve in the roadway located near 187 South Canterbury Road, according to state police. The car went off the right shoulder of the highway, striking several trees before coming to a final stop.

Anyone with information on the crash is asked to call Trooper Joseph G. Miller III at Troop D at (860) 779-4900.
