Paul R. Paradis, 50, of Dickson, Tenn., was charged Thursday with three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court and failure to answer/plead.

Ryan Bailey, 22, of 77 Adelaide St. was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Joaquin Olmos, 27, of 216 Vauxhall St., was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving without a license, driving without insurance, driving an unregistered vehicle, misuse of marker plates and driving without tail lights.

Gilberto Olivencia, 26, of 161 Ocean Ave. Apt. 2, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license and failure to obey a traffic signal.

David Franco, 18, of 9 Nordon Ave. was charged Wednesday with three counts of risk of injury to a minor.

George Richard, 46, of 204 Scotland Road was charged Thursday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Waterford

Jennifer Carilli, 23, of 111 Card St., Lebanon, was charged Wednesday with third-degree forgery and third-degree larceny.
