    Groton Town

    Randy Labatte, 31, of 37 Wyngate Circle, Mystic, was charged Tuesday with second-degree threatening.

    Jennifer Mather, 25, of 964 Hartford Turnpike, Waterford, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

    New London

    Noah Booker, 25, of 93 State Pier Road, Unit E8, was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace, second-degree unlawful restraint and interfering with an officer.

    Alicia Wilson, 27, of 33 Tilley St., Unit 6, was charged Tuesday with violation of a protective order.

    Jesse Pond, 26, of 76 Federal St. was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Esperanza Castiblanco-Sandvig, 51, of 114 Lincoln Ave. was charged Monday with breach of peace.

    Juan Xante, 29, of 33 Lee Ave., Unit 1, was charged Monday with two counts of failure to appear in court.

    Juan Osorio, 23, of 33 Lee Ave., Unit 1, was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    State Police - Casino Unit

    Jeffrey Logan, 61, of no certain address was charged Tuesday at Mohegan Sun with sixth-degree larceny, first-degree criminal trespassing and refusal to submit to fingerprints.

    Andrew Fidrych, 21, of Bozrah was charged Tuesday at Mohegan Sun with second-degree criminal mischief and two counts of violation of probation.

    State Police - Montville

    David Watson, 49, of 8 Cyprus Lane, Uncasville, was charged Monday in Uncasville with unlawful discharged of a firearm, breach of peace and first-degree reckless endangerment.

    Waterford

    Ethan Markham, 18, of 7 Bayview Ave., Stonington, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license and speeding.
