New London doing poor maintenance job

I've been a resident of New London pretty much my entire life and I have never seen my street in such disrepair.

Edgerton School and property looks like a war zone. The temporary school is being razed, but I shudder to think what will become of that fiasco (directly across from my home), the grass along the curb across the street (and surrounding areas) has yet to be cut this year, and the stop signs which slowed traffic to (maybe) 40 mph have just been removed, (probably at the suggestion of some local city worker hungry for a burger or donut).

I've driven by the police station recently and just love the welcome to New London flags. How about welcoming someone who is actually paying taxes here?

Yes, what about my side of town?
