Norwich - The New London Building and Construction Trade Council has announced it is endorsing incumbent Democratic First Selectman Ed Haberek for re-election.

In a press release, Haberek said it is an honor and privilege to be endorsed by the council.

“First Selectman Haberek has a proven track record of accomplishments and his commitment to improving infrastructure and creating jobs for working families is what we need to continue,”  Keith Brothers, the council’s business manager, said.

The council comprises 13 crafts representing 10,000 members and their families.
