Chanel A. Oddo, 27, of 470 Gold Star Highway, unit 140, was charged Thursday with breach of peace and interfering with a police officer.

Brian A. Oddo, 26, of 470 Gold Star Highway, unit 140, was charged Thursday with breach of peace, interfering with a police officer, third-degree assault and second-degree reckless endangerment.

James F. Hill, 50, of 470 Gold Star Highway, unit 140 was charged Thursday with breach of peace and interfering with a police officer.

Dozier M. Gardner, 67, of East Hartford, was charged Dec. 13 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Rushawn McNeil, 38, of 65 Shaw Street #2A, was charged Sunday with breach of peace.

Lisa Erfe, 47, of 65 Shaw Street #2A, was charged Sunday with violation of a protective order.

Ira Flowers, 31, homeless, was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree burglary, interfering with a police officer and assault on a police officer.

Wilson Guarazaca, 37, homeless, was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace.

Deana Catanese, 43, of 38 Jefferson Avenue, was charged Saturday with assaulting an EMT/public safety official and breach of peace.

Catherine Peterson, 39, of 11 King Arthur Drive #1G, Niantic, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to carry insurance and driving without a license.

Herlin Perry, 29, of Providence, was charged Sunday in Ledyard with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Hessler Powell, 26, of West Hartford, was charged Sunday in Ledyard with second-degree breach of peace.

Danny Rosetta, 25, of East Hartford, was charged Sunday in Ledyard with second-degree breach of peace.

John Cuoto, 51, of 145 Whitehall Ave., Old Mystic, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Neil Fearon, 36, of 24 Lincoln Ave., Apt. 3, Pawcatuck, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license of registration and failure to register a vehicle eligible for commercial registration.

Waterford

Rafael Gonzalez, 27, of 2 Pratt St., New London, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended registration or license, misuse of plates, failure to carry minimum insurance and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

Vamshi Gudipati, 28, of 74 Paul Revere Road, Groton, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.
