Phillip Lombardo, 21, of 60 Jerome Road, Uncasville, was charged Monday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Allen Choate, 45, of 371 Fitch Hill Road was charged Sunday in Preston with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Steven Smith, 51, of 23 Chase Oak Road, Groton, was charged Sunday in Griswold with violation of probation.

Michelle Wanstall, 23, of 486 Pendleton Hill Road, North Stonington, was charged Sunday in North Stonington with evading responsibility, failure to obey a traffic control signal, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana.

Hannah Knowles, 24, of 2951 Gold Star Highway, Mystic, was charged last Wednesday in Montville with second-degree criminal trespass, disorderly conduct and second-degree reckless endangerment.
